Sailor Accused of Cruise Ship Sex Attack
A 40-year-old Filipino sailor faced charges of sexual assault in Magistrates Court this morning [Feb 4].
The defendant, who is not a resident of Bermuda, is accused of attacking a woman on board a cruise ship in December of 2010.
The defendant, who was accompanied by a female friend in court, was represented by lawyer Kendrick James. He received bail, and his trial is due to start in March of this year.
